STOCK DESIGN SALES
                 Payment in full at time of delivery, or shipped by UPS

CUSTOM DESIGN SALES
                 (a) Customer will receive a artwork "proof" on custom designs for approval. 
                     Authorized buyers signature acknowledging acceptance of artwork in conjunction 
                     with terms and conditions must be returned to John Wills Studios, Inc., prior to production.

               (b) John Wills Studios, Inc., retains all rights to artwork, engraving, and molds. 
                    Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without the written consent of John Wills Studios

              
(c) 25 % Deposit at time of order
               (d) 25 % on approval of art work
               (e) Balance in full at time of delivery, or shipment

 CREDIT CARD SALES
               We provide the convenience of Master Card, Visa, American Express,
               and Discovery sales. 
                                                       

 OPEN ACCOUNT SALES
              (a) Established firms and associations with references verified and approved 
                   prior to production. We reserve the right to ship COD where references
 
                  are not adequate. 
              (b) All open accounts are payable net 15 days from date of invoice.
              (c) Accounts behind more than 30 days will be subject to 2% per month
                    (24% annual) finance charge.
              (d) Current production will be placed on hold and no additional deliveries made
                    to accounts in arrears beyond 30 days.

 PERSONALIZATION
           (a) Engraving in marble add .70 cent net per letter
           (b) Engraveable brass plates add .75 cent net each
           (c) Engraving on brass add .28 cent net per letter

DELIVERY
           (a) Stock Designs : 2-3 weeks after receipt of order or sooner.
           (b) Custom Designs: 2-3 weeks after approval of final artwork.
           (c) We will try our best to meet your requested delivery date, but will  not
               be liable for any delay or contingency beyond our control.

CANCELLATION
           Any request for cancellation must be in writing to us, and purchaser agrees to pay
           for all expenses incurred prior to such request for cancellation.

 RETURNS
         (a) Return of any Stock merchandise must have prior approval, be accompanied 
              by  Return
  Authorization Slip, and is subject to a restocking fee.
         (b) Special orders are not returnable.

 CLAIMS

         (a) All claims for "Damage In Shipment" must be filed with the delivering carrier .  
              (Only the consignee is authorized to file freight claims)
         (b) Claims other than "Damage in
  Shipment "must be made to John Wills Studios
               within 5 days after receipt of goods.

 WARRANTY
         We strive to maintain our reputation for fine craftsmanship. Items defective in
         workmanship and/or materials must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
        (Shop worn or damaged in shipment items excluded.) We will not be responsible for
        claims beyond the replacement value of any defective goods.

 DELIVERY FOB POINT
               FOB Factory (Virginia Beach) by UPS, unless specified otherwise.

 SALES TAX
               On all State of Virginia sales we must have a signed copy of your
               exemption certificate on file at the time of delivery, or sales tax will be
               added to invoice. State law requires a copy of the certificate (not
               just a number).

NOTE : All prices are based on USA funds, drawn on a bank with
              Branch office in USA.
