1. Production time is two weeks, however, we will attempt to meet your in-hands needs when possible.
2. Shipping is FOB our plant in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
3. Payment is required at the date of order.
4. Return of any stock merchandise must have prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
5. Please contact the carrier directly for all claims for “Damage in Shipment”
6. Other claims must be made to John Wills Studios within 5 days of receipt of goods.
